LIBERTAD PERSONAL, DEFENSA DE LA. MULTA IMPROCEDENTE.
No obstante las reformas sufridas por el artículo 81 de la Ley de Amparo, este Tribunal Colegiado estima que tratándose de la defensa de la libertad personal debe subsistir el criterio jurisprudencial de nuestro Máximo Tribunal de Justicia, es decir, que no cabe imponer multa a quien en defensa de esa libertad interpone una demanda de amparo improcedente.
