RIESGOS DE TRABAJO. INDEMNIZACION EN CASO DE SUBROGACION POR EL SEGURO SOCIAL.
Tratándose de riesgos de trabajo, los patrones son responsables del pago de las indemnizaciones que resulten y la Ley Federal del Trabajo señala que en caso de muerte del trabajador, la indemnización relativa será la cantidad de 730 días de salario; pero en el artículo 60 de la Ley del Seguro Social se establece que el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social se subroga en la obligación que la Ley Federal del Trabajo impone a los patronos, en materia de riesgo de trabajo, cuando aseguren a sus trabajadores en contra de tales riesgos.
