Es capcioso y confuso el preguntar a un testigo, si con anterioridad al día de la diligencia conocía los hechos contenidos en el interrogatorio, puesto que tal pregunta abarca dos conceptos, como son: el conocimiento previo de los hechos y el conocimiento del interrogatorio.
