INSTITUTO MEXICANO DEL SEGURO SOCIAL, EXIGIBILIDAD DE LOS CREDITOS DEL .
De conformidad con el artículo 28 del Reglamento para el Pago de Cuotas y Contribuciones del Régimen del Seguro Social, los intereses moratorios sobre el capital constitutivo que se finque a una empresa deben generarse a partir de la fecha en la que se le notifique la firmeza del mencionado capital constitutivo; sin que en el caso sean aplicables, en forma supletoria, los preceptos del Código Fiscal, en atención a que existen normas legales dentro de la Ley del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social y del citado reglamento, que prevén la exigibilidad de los créditos causados a dicha institución.
