NOTIFICACION POR CORREO.
De acuerdo con lo dispuesto por los artículos 457, 463 y 483 de la Ley de Vías Generales de Comunicación, las piezas registradas deben entregarse al destinatario o a la persona que autorice por escrito; y en el caso de una sociedad, a su representante legítimo, de quien deberá recabarse el recibo en tarjeta especial que será entregada al remitente. Por tanto, si no aparece que el acuse de recibo de una notificación por correo, dirigida a una sociedad anónima, se encuentra firmado por el representante legal de la empresa o por persona autorizada para el efecto, sino por persona diversa, no puede estimarse legalmente válida tal notificación.
