INSPECCION, PRUEBA DE, EN MATERIA LABORAL.
Si el proponente de la prueba tiene en su poder el documento sobre el que debe versar la inspección, tiene la obligación de exhibirlo ante la Junta; por tanto, no debe aceptarse por la responsable la prueba de inspección sobre tal documento.
