AUTORIDADES RESPONSABLES, INFORME DE LAS.
No está permitido a las autoridades responsables corregir en su informe justificado, la violación de la garantía constitucional en que hubieran incurrido, al no citar en el mandamiento o resolución reclamados, las disposiciones legales en que pudieron fundarse, porque tal manera de proceder priva al afectado de la oportunidad de defenderse en forma adecuada.
