Si se reclama en amparo una multa impuesta al propietario de un botiquín homeopático, por infracción a los artículos 382, 386 y 390 del Código Sanitario, sanción impuesta por el Departamento de Salubridad Pública, antes de interponer el juicio de garantías, debe agotarse el medio de defensa consignado en el artículo 504 del ordenamiento citado.
