JUZGADOS MENORES, FUNCIONES DE EJECUCION EN LOS.
Si el Juez titular de un Juzgado Menor, encomienda las funciones de ejecución al secretario o a otro empleado, no infringe con ello los artículos 455, 456, 505 y 562 del Código de Procedimientos Civiles del Distrito Federal, porque en los Juzgados Menores no existen Jueces ejecutores.
