CONSUMIDOR, LEY FEDERAL DE PROTECCIÓN AL. LOS REQUERIMIENTOS CON APERCIBIMIENTO DE MULTA, SON SUSCEPTIBLES DE IMPUGNARSE A TRAVÉS DEL RECURSO DE REVISIÓN PREVISTO EN EL ARTÍCULO 91 DE LA CITADA LEY.-
Del texto del artículo 91 de la ley invocada, no se advierte que en dicho precepto se haga distinción alguna sobre el tipo de resoluciones que puedan ser materia del recurso de revisión ahí previsto, sino que el citado ordenamiento se refiere en general, a las resoluciones dictadas con fundamento en la Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor, dentro de las cuales encuadran perfectamente los requerimientos con apercibimiento de multa, dado que tienen su fundamento en el artículo 66 de la mencionada ley.
