TRÁNSITO. LEY AUTOAPLICATIVA. NO LO ES LA LEY DE TRÁNSITO Y DE LOS TRANSPORTES DEL ESTADO DE MORELOS, DE SEIS DE ENERO DE 1952, POR DEROGAR EN SUS TRANSITORIOS DISPOSICIONES DE CARÁCTER GENERAL Y ABSTRACTO-[TESIS HISTÓRICA].-
El hecho de que esta ley derogue en sus transitorios a leyes, reglamentos o decretos que se opongan a sus disposiciones, no la convierte en autoaplicativa, porque esa derogación a disposiciones de carácter general y abstracto no se refiere a actos concretos administrativos regidos por la ley anterior, ni tampoco impone obligaciones inmediatas a los quejosos.
