ARTÍCULO *390.- SUPUESTO DE LA NO DECLARACIÓN ESPECIAL DE
AUSENCIA. Concluidos los términos a que se refiere el numeral 544 del Código
Procesal Familiar. Si hubiere algunas noticias y oposición, el juez no declarará la
ausencia sin repetir las publicaciones legales, y hacer la averiguación por los medios
que el oponente proponga y por los que el mismo juez crea oportunos.
