Artículo 236. Aseguramiento de vehículos
En caso de que se presente alguno de los supuestos anteriores, el Ministerio Público podrá ordenar el aseguramiento y resguardo del vehículo hasta en tanto se esclarecen los hechos, sujeto a la aprobación judicial en términos de lo previsto por este Código.
