Artículo 250. Archivo temporal
El Ministerio Público podrá archivar temporalmente aquellas investigaciones en fase inicial en las que no se encuentren antecedentes, datos suficientes o elementos de los que se puedan establecer líneas de investigación que permitan realizar diligencias tendentes a esclarecer los hechos que dieron origen a la investigación. El archivo subsistirá en tanto se obtengan datos que permitan continuarla a fin de ejercitar la acción penal.
