Artículo 414. Medidas cautelares aplicables a inimputables
Se podrán imponer medidas cautelares a personas inimputables, de conformidad con las reglas del proceso ordinario, con los ajustes del procedimiento que disponga el Juez de control para el caso en que resulte procedente.
El solo hecho de ser imputable no será razón suficiente para imponer medidas cautelares.
