ARTÍCULO 28. - OBRA CON CULPA QUIEN REALIZA EL HECHO LEGALMENTE
DESCRITO, POR INOBSERVANCIA DEL DEBER DE CUIDADO QUE LE INCUMBE DE
ACUERDO CON LAS LEYES O REGLAMENTOS, LAS CIRCU NSTANCIAS Y SUS
CONDICIONES PERSONALES, O LAS NORMAS DE LA PROFESIÓN O ACTIVIDAD QUE
DESEMPEÑA. ASÍ MISMO EN EL CASO DE REPRESENTARSE EL HECHO COMO
POSIBLE Y SE CONDUCE EN LA CONFIANZA DE PODER EVITARLO.
