ARTICULO 94.- Las presidencias de comunidad formarán comités de obras y recursos
materiales y publicarán en el Periódico Oficial la distribución de los recursos asignados.
La Ley Municipal determinará las demás facultades y obligaciones de los
Ayuntamientos y de las presidencias de comunidad.
