Artículo 50

Artículo 50. En el caso de ausencia absoluta de la persona Titular de la Dirección
General, será facultad del Gobernador nombrar un Encargado de Despacho que
podrá desempeñar las atribuciones que originalmente correspondan a la persona
Titular de la Dirección General durante el tiempo que se considere necesario por el
propio Gobernador, sin perjuicio de la designación definit iva que realice al efecto,
de conformidad con lo dispuesto por la Ley Orgánica.
