Artículo 10

ARTICULO 10. Se requiere concesión otorgada por la persona titular de la Secretaría, para la administración, operación, explotación y, en su caso, construcción de aeropuertos.

Las concesiones a que se refiere este artículo se otorgarán únicamente a sociedades mercantiles constituidas conforme a las leyes mexicanas e incluirán las actividades de administración, operación, explotación y, en su caso, construcción.
