ARTICULO 73 QUATER. La Agencia Federal de Aviación Civil debe vigilar que las personas encargadas de realizar las verificaciones, pruebas e inspecciones de la seguridad de la aviación civil reciban la capacitación adecuada para esas funciones, de conformidad con las disposiciones técnico-administrativas correspondientes.
