ARTICULO 73 SEXIES. Las personas concesionarias, asignatarias, operadoras aeroportuarias y permisionarias de aeródromos civiles deben establecer, aplicar y mantener actualizado un programa local de seguridad, que cumpla con los requisitos del Programa de Seguridad de la Aviación Civil del Estado mexicano, aprobado por la Agencia Federal de Aviación Civil.
