Artículo 13

Artículo 13. La Persona Titular del Poder Ejecutivo Estatal podrá delegar en la
Coordinación General las facultades que estime pertinentes para la eficiente
administración de la movilidad, el transporte y la seguridad vial, de conformidad con
las disposiciones legales aplicables.
