Artículo 48

Artículo 48.- Será responsable de encubrimiento el servidor público que cuando, en
el ejercicio de sus funciones llegare a advertir actos u o misiones que pudieren
constituir faltas administrativas, realice deliberadamente alguna conducta para su
ocultamiento.
