Artículo 73

Artículo 73. Son herramientas para la sostenibilidad de la actividad turística:
I. El ordenamiento territorial;
II. El ordenamiento ecológico, en los términos de la Ley General del Equilibrio
Ecológico y la Protección al Ambiente y demás normativa aplicable;
III. La Ley de Planeación correspondiente;
IV. El Inventario Turístico del Estado;
V. El Registro Nacional de Turismo;
VI. El Registro Estatal de Turismo;
VII. El Observatorio Turístico Sostenible del estado de Morelos, y
VIII. El Consejo Estatal de Turismo.
