Artículo 86

Artículo 86. El derecho al goce de la Pensión por cesantía en edad avanzada comenzará desde el día en que el Trabajador cumpla con los requisitos señalados en esta Sección, siempre que solicite el otorgamiento de dicha Pensión y acredite haber quedado privado de trabajo, si no fue recibido en el Instituto el aviso de baja.
