Ley del Procedimiento Contencioso Administrativo para el Estado de Aguascalientes
Artículo 66

ARTICULO 66.- Cuando haya causado ejecutoria una sentencia favorable al actor,
el Tribunal la notificará a las autoridades y organismos demandados para su
cumplimiento. En el mismo oficio en que se haga la notificación, se les prevendrá
para que informen sobre el cumplimiento que se dé a la sentencia correspondiente,
en el término de diez días prorrogables por una vez.
