Artículo 102. - Las relaciones jurídicas entre el personal ministerial y pericial y el
Estado se rigen por la fracción XIII del apartado B del Artículo 123 de la Constitución
Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, la Ley reglamentaria del Artículo 21
Constitucional, ésta ley y demás disposiciones jurídicas aplicables.
