Artículo 133

Artículo 133. - El incumplimiento de lo dispuesto por esta Ley a cargo de los
servidores públicos, será sancionado co nforme a lo dispuesto por la Ley de
Responsabilidades Administrativas del Estado de Aguascalientes y demás
disposiciones aplicables en la materia, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad civil o
penal en que puedan incurrir.
