Artículo 134

Artículo 134. - Las responsabilidades administrativas, civiles y penales en que
incurran los servidores públicos estatales y municipales por el manejo o aplicación
indebidos de los recursos previstos en los fondos a que se refiere el Artículo 142 de
la Ley General del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad Pública, serán determinadas y
sancionadas conforme a las disposiciones legales aplicables y por las autoridades
competentes.
