Ley Estatal de Protección Civil de Morelos
Artículo 78

Artículo 78 . En caso de alto riesgo, emergencia, siniestro o desastre, que
involucre a dos o más municipios, altere el funcionamiento de los servicios vitales
y sistemas estratégicos o se afecte a un gran número de habitantes, la información
oficial sobre la misma será proporcionada indistintamente por:
I. El Gobernador del Estado;
II. El Secretario de Gobierno;
III. El Titular de la Coordinación Estatal, y
IV. El Titular de la Coordinación Municipal.
