ARTICULO VIGESIMO BIS.- Los permisionarios prestadores de servicios portuarios a que se refiere el artículo 37 de la Ley de Puertos, pagarán durante el año de 1994, por concepto de derecho por la prestación de dichos servicios, el 5% de sus ingresos brutos.
