Artículo 54 Ter

ARTÍCULO 54 Ter. Si las negociaciones se realizan con distintas contrapartes, los montos que se cubran en cada negociación no podrán exceder, en su conjunto, de la suma a que se refiere el artículo anterior.
Las dependencias y entidades podrán utilizar cualquier forma o esquema de pago, compensación o permuta en términos de la legislación civil.
