Artículo 84-A

Artículo 84-A.- El importe del capital pagado y reservas de capital de las casas de cambio, deberá ser invertido en los términos y condiciones que mediante reglas de carácter general determine la Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público, oyendo previamente la opinión del Banco de México y la Comisión Nacional Bancaria.
