Artículo 321 Bis

Artículo 321 Bis.- La donación de células troncales obtenidas de sangre placentaria y de cordón umbilical, deberá en todo momento contar con una carta de consentimiento informado de la mujer embarazada, garantizando la plena voluntad, libertad y confidencialidad, de conformidad con las disposiciones jurídicas aplicables.
