Artículo 370

Artículo 370. Las autorizaciones sanitarias serán otorgadas por tiempo indeterminado, con las excepciones que establezca esta Ley. En caso de incumplimiento de lo establecido en esta ley, sus reglamentos, normas oficiales mexicanas, las demás disposiciones generales que emita la Secretaría de Salud, o de las aplicables de la Farmacopea de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, las autorizaciones serán revocadas.
