Ley Municipal para el Estado de Aguascalientes
Artículo 86

Artículo 86.- La Policía Preventiva Municipal acatará las órdenes que el Gobernador
del Estado le transmita, en aquellos casos en que éste juzgue como de fuerza mayor
o alteración grave del orden público.
La Policía Preventiva Municipal estará bajo el mando del Presidente de los Estados
Unidos Mexicanos, cuando éste se encuentre dentro de la jurisdicción de aquella.
