Artículo 72

Artículo 72. La educación en el Estado priorizará el interés superior de niñas, niños,
adolescentes y, las y los jóvenes en el ejercicio de su derecho a la educación. Para tal efecto,
la autoridad educativa estatal garantizará el desarrollo de programas y políticas pú blicas que
hagan efectivo ese principio constitucional.
