Artículo Transitorio Segundo
Vigencia verificada: 30 de octubre de 2026, contra la fuente oficial — ver la publicación oficial
SEGUNDO. Se abroga la Ley de Educación del Estado de Guerrero Núm. 158,
publicada en el Periódico Oficial del Gobierno del Estado de Guerrero No. 32 de fecha 21 de
abril de 1995 y se derogan todas las disposiciones contenidas en las leyes secundarias y
quedan sin efectos los reglamentos, acuerdos y disposiciones de carácter general contrarias a
esta Ley.
