Artículo 78

ARTÍCULO 78. Procederá la remoción de los miembros del servicio de carrera en los
casos de infracciones graves. En todo caso, se impondrá la remoción por el
incumplimiento de una o más de las obligaciones previstas en las fracciones X, XII, XIII,
XIV y XV del artículo 62 y la fracción IV del artículo 72 de esta Ley.
