Artículo 71. Reglas de funcionamiento. El Órgano de Administración Judicial acordará las reglas de funcionamiento y
operación de los Juzgados de Primera Instancia, cualquiera que sea su denominación , así como el sistema de recepción,
turnos y distribución de demandas entre las personas juzgadoras, conforme a las necesidades y disponibilidad presupuestal.
