Artículo 78

Artículo 78. Sesiones. Las sesiones del Tribunal podrán ser ordinarias o extraordinarias. Serán públicas o privadas, previa
convocatoria respectiva según los asuntos a tratar.
En todo caso, las sesiones públicas deberán grabarse y transmitirse por medios digitales oficiales. Sus integrantes podrán
concurrir de manera presencial o en línea.
Las sesiones ordinarias se celebrarán, por lo menos, dos veces al mes. Las extraordinarias cuando sean necesarias. La
Presidencia emitirá la convocatoria respectiva.
