Artículo 82

Artículo 82. Secretaría del Tribunal. El Tribunal de Disciplina Judicial podrá contar con una Secretaría, dependencias y el
personal administrativo y jurisdiccional que, conforme a sus atribuciones de esta Ley, se autoricen en el Reglamento conforme
a la disponibilidad presupuestal.
En todo caso, la Secretaría del Tribunal será designada y removida libremente por su Pleno, a propuesta de su Presidencia.
