Artículo 80 Bis.- El ingreso y la promoción de los servidores públicos de carácter jurisdiccional del
Poder Judicial del Estado se hará mediante el sistema de carrera judicial a que se refiere el
presente Capítulo, el cual se regirá por los principios de e xcelencia, profesionalismo, objetividad,
imparcialidad, independencia, paridad de género y antigüedad, en su caso.
