Ley que Crea el Reconocimiento Denominado Medalla Chihuahua al Mérito Educativo
Artículo 8

ARTÍCULO 8. Los miembros del jurado propuesto en los términos del artículo 7, desempeñarán su
cargo personalmente. Para pertenecer al jurado, se deberá tener el grado de Maestrí a o Doctorado en
Educación y, al aceptar dicho encargo, observarán las normas éticas que exige la convocatoria.
En caso de empate, el Presidente del Jurado tendrá voto de calidad.
