Artículo 14

Artículo 14.- El Jefe de la División de Seguridad Regional tendrá a su cargo el despliegue territorial de la Institución, para tal efecto, se auxiliará de las áreas de Personal, Información, Operaciones, Logística y Adiestramiento, de Planes y Supervisión y, demás que se requieran de acuerdo a las necesidades del servicio; asimismo, contará con las Coordinaciones Estatales, las cuales tendrán competencia en las circunscripciones territoriales que se determine por Acuerdo del Secretario, a propuesta del Comisionado General, y que se integrarán con la siguiente estructura:
I. Operativas:
A. Investigación, y
B. Seguridad Preventiva.
II. Servicios:
A. Apoyo Técnico;
B. Administración;
C. Asuntos Jurídicos, y
D. Enlace y Participación Ciudadana.
