ARTÍCULO 140. Exámenes médico y toxicológico.
Los exámenes médicos y toxicológicos requeridos para la expedición,
renovación o reposición de licencias para conducir vehículos del Servicio
Público de Transporte, del Servicio de Transporte Mercantil y del
Servicio Ejecutivo, podrán ser practicados a las personas interesadas
por la Secretaría, por Instituciones de Salud Públicas o Privadas, o por
terceros que cuenten con la infraestructura necesaria y estén
oficialmente autorizados por la Secretaría.
