Artículo 188

Artículo 188. El Comisionado Escolar de Vialidad, tendrá las siguientes funciones:
I. Vigilar el cumplimiento de este Reglamento en la zona escolar de la institución
educativa a la que pertenece;
II. Auxiliar a los agentes, en materia de seguridad vial, realizando las maniobras y
ejecutando las señales correspondientes con posiciones que permitan el cruce y
tránsito seguro de las niñas, niños y adolescentes en la zona escolar;
III. Fungir como enlace con la Secretaría o la autoridad que ejerza sus funciones, y
IV. Informar por escrito de las infracciones a la Ley o este Reglamento en la zona
escolar de la institución educativa a la que pertenece y remitirlo a la Secretaría;
