Artículo 122 Bis

ARTÍCULO 122 Bis.- Para los efectos de lo dispuesto por el artículo 47, fracción VII BIS de la Ley, la discapacidad deberá ser permanente y acreditarse mediante el certificado médico emitido en términos de las disposiciones administrativas que para tal efecto emita la Dirección General.
