Artículo 193

Artículo 193. El certificado fitosanitario de exportación de Materias primas, Productos y subproductos forestales nacionales deberá contener la información siguiente:
I. La contenida en la solicitud a que se refiere el artículo 191 del presente Reglamento, en lo conducente;
II. La descripción de las Medidas fitosanitarias exigidas por el país importador y la certificación de que fueron aplicadas;
III. Declaraciones adicionales solicitadas por el país importador;
IV. Hora y fecha de expedición, y
V. Los requisitos que exijan los instrumentos internacionales aplicables.
