Artículo 39

Artículo 39. Las ausencias temporales hasta por noventa días naturales de las
personas titulares de las Unidades Administrativas restantes, serán suplidas
legalmente en sus atribuciones por la persona servidora pública subalterna que
designe la persona titular de la Secretaría, operando la figura de suplencia por
ausencia.
